Case 4: Breast Lift

This is a 39 year old female, 5'3" & 135lbs who has had several children and has lost volume over time and from the pregnancies. She desired a much fuller, more lifted breast. She was a B-cup in a bra but flat in the upper portion of the breast. Her breasts were lifted (Mastopexy) and a silicone gel implant was placed in the submuscular position. A complete peri-areolar, vertical and horizontal incision in the breast crease was made. The implant size is 400cc bilaterally. A Full C-cup was achieved.
