Case 11: Hair Transplants
This gentleman is a long time wearer of a hair piece. He realized that his donor hair was quite limited and was very realistic about the limited hair coverage he could expect from a transplant. In addition he had hair loss in the temporal area from the pulling of the hair clips used to attach the hair piece. The way to transplant the bald alleys in the temporal area and connect hair to the frontal region is to build up the "temporal bulge" as a separate unit on both sides. This is shown in the preoperative markings. The results seen are following a total of 2400 grafts.
